It operates four Early Learning Resource Centers in West, North and South Philadelphia that support families and communities with various needs and resources. Caring People Alliance serves as a sponsoring organization under the Federal Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This program reimburses child care providers when offering a home-cooked, hot breakfast and lunch, plus two healthy snacks, each day.
